## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service / Front Desk Executive to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and their escorts

• Manage patient check-in and check-out, inquiries, and front desk operations

• Handle patient queries related to services and medical insurance (approvals, follow-ups, rejections, payments)

• Ensure a smooth and timely patient experience

• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

• Prepare and process medical insurance claim forms

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service within the healthcare industry (preferably in dental)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)
