## Description

The ideal candidate will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, aligning people practices with business goals, shaping culture, and ensuring compliance while driving talent, engagement, and performance

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team

• Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization

• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and guide organizational change efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management

• 12+ years' of professional HR experience, in talent strategy

• Strategic thinker with ability to define long-term people and culture priorities.

• Change leader who can drive adoption of new ways of working across diverse teams, at scale.
