As a Project HSE Manager, you will be fully accountable for developing, implementing, and maintaining project-specific HSE systems aligned with UAE regulations, client requirements, and international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. You will act as the key driver of HSE performance on site, leading risk management, incident investigations, audits, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement initiatives, while shaping a strong “safety-first” culture across all project stakeholders. Your Role • Implement and maintain the Project HSE Management System and site-specific Safety Plans in line with UAE regulations and client requirements • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, company procedures, and all applicable statutory standards • Lead and facilitate Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) reviews for all high-risk activities • Conduct and lead incident, near-miss, and environmental investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action closure • Deliver site HSE training programs including inductions, toolbox talks, and Daily Safety Task Instructions (DSTI) • Act as the primary HSE liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities • Monitor HSE KPIs and produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management • Lead emergency response preparedness, drills, and ensure firefighting and rescue readiness • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closeout of all findings • Promote continuous improvement in HSE performance and ensure proactive hazard identification across site operations • Manage and oversee project HSE resources and budget allocation effectiv What We're looking For • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience • Minimum 10+ years of progressive HSE management experience in large construction or infrastructure projects • Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE • Mandatory NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) • Additional certifications such as IOSH, OSHA (30-hour), or CSP preferred • Proven experience in RAMS, incident investigation, audits, and risk management systems • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools • Membership/registration with a recognized international HSE professional body preferred What We Offer • The chance to contribute to some of the UAE’s most iconic developments • A dynamic, collaborative culture focused on innovation and operational excellence • Long-term career development in a well-established, growing organization Ready to lead safety excellence?
