WE’RE HIRING | SALES AGENT – REAL ESTATE

We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our growing real estate team in Business Bay, Dubai.

📍 Location: Business Bay, Dubai

💰 Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000, depending on experience

📅 Working Days: 6 days a week

🗣️ Language: Hindi required

Requirements:

• Prior real estate sales experience is mandatory

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals

• Target-driven and motivated personality

• Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

• Strong client relationship and follow-up skills

Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert property leads

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties

• Conduct property viewings and client meetings

• Negotiate offers and close sales

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline

• Achieve monthly sales target.
