## Description

Marketing Manager | Real Estate Development Experience

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead, scale, and elevate our real estate project marketing.

If you have 7+ years of experience in real estate development marketing and a proven track record of bringing high-end residential or commercial projects from pre-launch to handover, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute end-to-end 360° marketing and brand positioning strategies for upcoming real estate developments.

• Brand positioning strategies

• Lead performance marketing, social media brand narrative, and digital lead generation campaigns.

• Direct creative development, architectural renders, lifestyle branding, and agency relationships.

• Coordinate broker preview events, launch activations, and roadshows.

• Manage and scale the internal marketing team to align with pipeline growth.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of dedicated marketing experience within the real estate development sector.

• Demonstrated experience in launch strategies, lead generation performance, and brand positioning.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and guide an in-house team.

• Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and buyer personas.
