## Description

Our client, a leading organization, is seeking an accomplished Senior Director – Organizational Development & HR Strategy to lead enterprise-wide HR transformation and strategic people initiatives to join their team in Dubai.

This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping organizational effectiveness through HR strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, total rewards, governance, and excellence frameworks. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to build a future-ready organization aligned with business objectives and recognized best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational goals and excellence frameworks

• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives

• Establish HR governance, policies, and frameworks aligned with UAE regulations and global standards

• Drive compensation, benefits, job evaluation, and rewards strategies

• Develop HR analytics, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making

• Lead HR excellence, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide strategic advisory support to senior leadership on workforce and organizational priorities

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related discipline

• SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, or equivalent certification preferred

• 10–15 years of HR experience, including significant senior leadership exposure

• Strong expertise in organizational development, HR strategy, workforce planning, total rewards, and HR governance

• Experience operating in complex organizations with exposure to transformation and excellence frameworks

• Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations and international HR practices

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in both Arabic and English.
