## Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Leasing (UAEN) to lead the strategic direction and overall performance of its leasing function based in Dubai. The role will focus on developing and executing leasing strategies, driving revenue growth, optimizing asset performance, and strengthening relationships with tenants, investors, and key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize asset value, occupancy, revenue generation, and portfolio performance.

• Lead leasing operations, including tenant acquisition, commercial negotiations, lease execution, renewals, and stakeholder engagement.

• Identify and execute revenue diversification opportunities through innovative leasing models, partnerships, and asset optimization initiatives.

• Manage negotiations with tenants, investors, developers, brokers, and strategic partners to achieve favourable commercial outcomes.

• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and portfolio performance to drive revenue optimization and business growth.

• Establish leasing governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

• Ensure alignment with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the leasing team to achieve business goals and deliver high-performance outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Property Management, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in real estate leasing, property management, asset management, or commercial real estate.

• Proven experience leading leasing strategies, managing complex negotiations, and delivering revenue growth.

• Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations, market dynamics, and commercial transactions.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, financial, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with senior executives, investors, tenants, government entities, and internal stakeholders.
