Role Description The Real Estate Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This position involves managing property listings, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on buying, selling, and renting real estate. The agent will handle inquiries, negotiate offers, prepare necessary documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, maintaining an updated understanding of market trends, and delivering high-quality customer service throughout the client journey. The role also requires accurate record-keeping, adherence to local real estate regulations, and active participation in company sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of local real estate regulations.

• Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Candidates should possess practical experience in real estate and real property transactions.

• Candidates should possess proven sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage), proficiency with CRM and listing platforms, a valid driver’s license, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
