## Description

ABL SAT is seeking ambitious Business Development Executives to join our team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals with experience in the Telecom industry / B2B Sales who are passionate about building strong client relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, referrals, and client meetings.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations to prospective customers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Recommend suitable telecom products and value-added solutions that align with customer needs.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Telecom field / B2B Sales

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
