## Description

A company with over 31 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Industrial Digitalization, Nuclear Engineering, Defence and Mission-Critical Systems. We are the Master Distributor for Canary Labs Industrial Historian across India and the GCC is looking for a Business Development Manager – Industrial Automation & Digital Transformation (GCC)

Position Summary

Lead business development for Canary Labs Industrial Historian and Industrial Digitalization solutions across the GCC, helping industrial customers accelerate their digital transformation.

This position is based in Sharjah with frequent GCC travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies for Industrial Historian, SCADA, MES, IIoT and Digital Transformation solutions.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives using Industrial Data Historian, AI, advanced analytics and operational intelligence.

• Help customers modernize legacy SCADA and historian systems and define Industry 4.0 roadmaps.

• Promote OT/IT integration with ERP, MES, CMMS and cloud platforms.

• Position Canary Labs for predictive maintenance, energy management, ESG reporting and AI-driven analytics.

• Build relationships with end users, EPCs, OEMs, consultants and System Integrators.

• Conduct executive presentations, workshops, demonstrations and customer engagement sessions.

• Develop channel partners and VARs across the GCC.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve annual revenue targets.

Candidates requirements:

6–8 years of GCC experience selling SCADA, Industrial Historian, MES, IIoT, Industrial Software or

Digital Transformation solutions with strong industry contacts.

Technical Knowledge

Canary Labs, AVEVA PI, ICONICS, Ignition, Wonderware, Siemens WinCC, FactoryTalk, OPC UA, MQTT, SQL, Cloud Platforms and Industrial Analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. MBA preferred. UAE Driving Licence preferred.

Other Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, executive presentation skills, relationship management, self-driven attitude and willingness to travel extensively across the GCC.

## Requirements
