• Check-in/out: Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently.

• Reservations: Manage room bookings and guest inquiries.

• Guest Service: Address guest needs and provide solutions promptly.

• Billing: Ensure accurate billing and payment processes.

• Communication: Coordinate with other departments for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in front office operations preferred.

• Proficiency in property management systems.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Foreign Language Proficiency: Advanced
