Senior Project Manager | Big 4 Consulting Experience | Arabic Speaker

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Big 4 consulting (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) to lead high-impact strategic and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker, capable of engaging senior stakeholders, driving complex projects, and delivering measurable business outcomes across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.

• Manage large-scale transformation, strategy, operating model, and organizational improvement projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and client leadership teams.

• Oversee project planning, governance, risk management, and reporting processes.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide coaching to project members.

• Develop project roadmaps, business cases, and executive-level presentations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.

Requirements

Arabic Speaker (Fluent)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field

8+ years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, Strategy, or Transformation

Previous experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) is mandatory

Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-wide projects

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred

Experience within Government, Public Sector, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Energy sectors is highly desirable
