Job Title: Oracle EBS/Fusion Solution Architect

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)

Experience: 7+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS/Fusion Solution Architect to design and implement enterprise solutions across HR, Finance, and Procurement. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, ERP integrations, and cloud technologies, with experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle EBS/Fusion solutions for HR, Finance, and Procurement.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Lead Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration initiatives.

• Design and manage integrations between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems.

• Build secure integrations using APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Serverless technologies.

• Integrate ERP systems with Big Data platforms for reporting and analytics.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.

• Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and industry best practices.

• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 7+ years of IT experience with 6+ years as a Solution Architect on Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion.

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EBS/Fusion HR, Finance, and Procurement.

• Experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration.

• Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance, Budgeting, Revenue Accounting, and Procurement processes.

• Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Cloud technologies.

• Experience integrating ERP with Big Data platforms.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Airline industry.

• Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and migration experience.
