## Description

The Client

Our client is a real estate developer delivering high-quality residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments across the UAE.

The Role

You will act as the architectural lead during delivery, ensuring the approved design is executed to the highest standard while working closely with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect the architectural design intent throughout the construction phase.

• Review architectural shop drawings and ensure compliance with the approved design documentation.

• Respond to RFIs and provide technical support to contractors and consultants.

• Review material submittals, samples, mock-ups and finishes to ensure they meet design and quality requirements.

• Carry out regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, construction quality and compliance with project specifications.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve architectural and technical issues.

• Identify design or construction issues and develop practical solutions while maintaining the overall design vision.

• Participate in inspections, snagging, de-snagging and final handover activities.

• Monitor construction progress and highlight any architectural risks that may impact programme or quality.

• Maintain accurate site reports and photographic records throughout the construction phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

• 8–10 years of architectural experience, including construction-stage involvement on large-scale developments.

• Experience delivering luxury residential, mixed-use, hospitality, waterfront or high-rise projects within the UAE or GCC.

• Strong understanding of construction detailing, building systems and architectural coordination.

• Proven experience reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals and mock-ups.

• Confident working directly with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders on live construction projects.

• Strong design awareness with the ability to maintain architectural quality throughout delivery.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office. BIM experience is advantageous.
