## Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager (Hunter) to drive new business acquisition across the GCC IT Contract Staffing market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of winning new clients, building strategic relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets within the IT staffing or workforce solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across the GCC for IT Contract Staffing services.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, HR Directors, Procurement Heads, and senior business leaders.

• Present customized staffing and workforce solutions based on client requirements.

• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close new business opportunities.

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within IT Staffing, IT Contract Staffing, Workforce Solutions, or Recruitment Services.

• Proven experience in new business development (Hunter role) with measurable revenue achievements.

• Strong understanding of the GCC staffing market and business landscape.

• Established network with enterprise clients across Banking, Government, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Retail, Healthcare, or other major industries.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Bachelor's degree required. MBA or Computer Science/IT background is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with leading IT staffing or workforce solutions companies.

• Strong knowledge of IT contract staffing models and enterprise hiring practices.

• Existing relationships with large enterprise and government clients across the GCC.
