What The Role Covers Demand Planning & Inventory Management You lead demand planning and forecasting for UAE and Oman, own inventory management and safety stock optimization, and actively reduce slow-moving and non-moving inventory. You monitor inventory health and working capital performance as core accountability areas. Logistics & Material Flow You manage inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating material flows between local inventory, regional hubs, and Group supply sources. You oversee warehouse and yard operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, return, and reconditioning — a distinctive element given Doka's equipment rental model. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence You lead and develop the Warehouse/Yard Manager and operational teams, drive continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives, and monitor KPIs across inventory, logistics, warehouse productivity, and safety performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration You collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance teams, and support budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning across the supply chain and operations function.
