## Description

WhizzHR is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients across the UAE

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships

✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

✅ Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements

✅ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

✔ 2–5 years of Business Development/Sales experience (Recruitment or HR consultancy preferred)

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Strong networking and client acquisition abilities

✔ Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings is mandatory
