## Description

OSP Real Estate is a growing Dubai-based real estate company focused on providing clients with high-quality property opportunities across Dubai.

We are looking for ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with their Dubai real estate requirements.

• Generate and manage property sales and rental opportunities.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.

• Conduct property viewings and presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process.

• Maintain accurate client and lead information within the CRM.

• Stay updated on Dubai property market trends, communities, projects, and new launches.

• Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve individual and company targets.

Requirements

• Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Confident, professional, and presentable personality.

• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is an advantage.

• English communication skills are required.

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Candidates with strong sales experience from other industries are also welcome to apply.
