Business Development Manager – Domestic Defense Market

📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our domestic defense portfolio — spanning Platforms & Systems, Missiles & Weapons, and Space & Cyber.

What you'll do:

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities within the UAE defense market

• Lead client relationships with key government and military stakeholders

• Support high-quality bid and proposal development

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and procurement dynamics

• Partner with technical and commercial teams to shape winning solutions

What you bring:

• 5+ years in business development, ideally within defense, aerospace, or engineering

• Bid/proposal experience strongly preferred

• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

• Arabic fluency essential
