## Description

Landmark International Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC is looking for a driven Business Development Officer (Multiple Branches) to grow our customer base and expand our footprint across the UAE. If you know the auto spare parts trade and thrive on building relationships and closing deals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Customer Acquisition

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned zone

• Visit potential customers — garages, workshops, fleet companies, and spare parts traders

• Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline

• Understand customer needs and provide the right solutions

Sales Growth & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for your zone

• Grow revenue from both new and existing customers

• Promote company products, brands, and new categories

• Track competitor pricing and market trends

Customer Relationship Management

• Build lasting relationships with key accounts through regular visits

• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams

• Drive customer satisfaction and retention

Market Development

• Conduct market visits to spot new opportunities

• Gather market intelligence — competitor pricing, demand trends, shortages, customer feedback

• Share market insights with management

Payment & Credit Support

• Follow up on customer payments and support collections

• Ensure customers stay within agreed credit terms

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with branches, warehouse, purchase, and sales teams

• Support stock planning based on market demand

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing a sales zone or multiple branches

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (mandatory)

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of the automotive spare parts market (Not Mandatory)

• Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory); Arabic is a plus

• Target-driven mindset with strong reporting discipline

• Comfortable with high-activity fieldwork across the zone

## Requirements
