## Description

We Are Hiring | Business Development Representative

CountingInc is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team, with a primary focus on developing new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai business market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP

• Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and business networking

• Engage with business owners, decision-makers, and senior management

• Understand client requirements and identify relevant Odoo ERP solutions

• Arrange and conduct initial client meetings and discussions

• Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions

• Work closely with the ERP consulting team to ensure appropriate solutions are presented

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in Dubai

• Prior B2B sales experience, preferably within the ERP sector

• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and client market

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to independently generate and convert business opportunities

• Prior Odoo ERP experience will be considered a strong advantage

• Professional, confident, and commercially driven
