## Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Field Engineer to join our team in Dubai. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, supporting IT infrastructure, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, and macOS issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.

• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.

• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi networks.

• Support VMware and Hyper-V virtualization environments.

• Perform backup, recovery, and preventive maintenance activities.

• Maintain accurate documentation and manage support tickets within SLA timelines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer, IT Field Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop and Windows Server administration.

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.

• Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DNS, and Wi-Fi.

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, endpoint security, and firewall administration.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client locations.

• UAE Driving License is preferred.
