## Description

We are hiring an experienced Pasta Cook to join the pre-opening team of a new Italian restaurant in Expo Village, Dubai.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on kitchen experience who can prepare and execute pasta dishes consistently while maintaining high standards of quality, organization, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and cook pasta dishes according to recipes and standards

-Prepare sauces, ingredients, garnishes, and station mise en place

-Cook and finish pasta accurately during service

-Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, cooking, and presentation

-Follow recipes and preparation procedures accurately

-Organize and maintain the pasta station throughout service

-Monitor ingredient freshness and proper food storage

-Keep the workstation clean, organized, and properly stocked

-Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures

-Work efficiently and communicate well with the kitchen team during service

-Participate in pre-opening training, recipe testing, and kitchen setup

Requirements:

-Previous professional experience as a Pasta Cook or in a similar hot-kitchen role

-Strong experience preparing and cooking pasta dishes

-Knowledge of sauces, cooking techniques, and proper pasta preparation

-Ability to manage mise en place and work efficiently during busy service

-Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent standards

-Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work well as part of a team

-Experience in an Italian restaurant or Italian kitchen is preferred

A practical cooking assessment will be part of the selection process.
