## Description

Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role at ELITE AGENTS PROPERTIES is based in Dubai and focuses on guiding clients through property buying, selling, and leasing processes. The Real Estate Agent will conduct property viewings, prepare and present listings, negotiate offers, and support clients with documentation and transaction procedures. The role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations, while building and managing a portfolio of clients through proactive outreach and follow-up. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with external stakeholders such as developers and legal advisors, and ensure a professional, client-centered experience from initial contact to deal closure.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge of Real Property.

• Candidates should possess solid Real Estate experience, including property listing, market analysis, and transaction support.

• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.

• Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, local regulations, and RERA guidelines is highly beneficial.

• Proficiency with CRM tools, property listing platforms, and basic office software; valid UAE driving license preferred.
