What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests and manage the front desk with a smile

• Keep the daily grid, schedules & bookings on point

• Handle guest messages, confirmations & follow-ups

• Coordinate with coaches and the team on daily line-ups

• Manage cash handling and shift handovers smoothly
