## Description

One of the leading premium serviced office providers is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Business Development to join its growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, site inspections, proposal development, negotiations, and closing new business.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

• Generate, qualify, and convert leads through outbound prospecting, digital channels, broker networks, referrals, and self-sourced opportunities.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent sales activity, including calls, site viewings, and proposals.

• Identify and implement innovative strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client pipeline.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication.

• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client workspace requirements and recommending tailored solutions.

• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding, retention, and service delivery.

Partnerships & Market Development

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, commercial brokers, and licensing authorities.

• Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and business development activities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to support sales strategy and market positioning.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with leadership on pre-opening sales and marketing plans for new business centres.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation within a target-driven, client-facing environment.

• Mandatory: Proven experience in the serviced office or flexible workspace industry in Dubai.

• Experience with DMCC and other UAE Free Zones, including company formation, licensing, and flexi-desk solutions, is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of Dubai's commercial real estate market, including mainland and free zone licensing regulations.
