🚀 We're Hiring | IT Sales Account Manager | UAE

Whitehats, a member of the Pharaon Group of Companies, is looking for an experienced IT Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.

If you're passionate about building long-term client relationships, driving new business, and selling Managed IT Services, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Networking Solutions, we'd love to hear from you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Build and manage client relationships across the UAE.

✅ Drive new business for Managed IT Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure solutions.

✅ Identify, prospect, and convert new customers into long-term clients.

✅ Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and successful deal closure.

✅ Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.

✅ Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
🔹 Requirements
✔️ 5+ years of IT Sales / Account Management experience in the UAE.

✔️ Proven experience selling one or more of the following:

• Managed IT Services (AMC/MSP)

• Cloud Solutions

• IT Infrastructure

• Microsoft Solutions

• Cybersecurity

• Networking & Enterprise Solutions

✔️ Strong new business development skills through cold calling, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.

✔️ Experience managing SME and Enterprise customers.

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✔️ A valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

⭐ Candidates with Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience will have a strong advantage.

## Requirements

5+ years of IT Sales / Account Management experience in the UAE. Proven experience selling one or more of the following: Managed IT Services (AMC/MSP), Cloud Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Microsoft Solutions, Cybersecurity, Networking & Enterprise Solutions.
