## Description

Job Purpose

Contribute to the accounting and administrative functions of the Treasury Department by ensuring accurate bank reconciliations, monitoring banking transactions, and supporting treasury operations in line with company policies and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations for assigned bank accounts and investigate unreconciled transactions promptly.

• Follow up with Corporate and Operations teams to identify and resolve unidentified collections and outstanding receipts.

• Review month-end bank charges, internal fund transfers, and other banking transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Monitor bank accounts daily and communicate incoming credits and significant transactions to the relevant stakeholders.

• Reconcile corporate credit card and Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.

• Process and monitor internal fund transfers between business verticals in accordance with treasury policies and operational requirements.

• Maintain accurate reconciliation records and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

• Prepare periodic reconciliation reports and highlight unresolved items requiring management attention.

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to banking and treasury operations.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance reconciliation efficiency and strengthen banking controls.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Treasury, Bank Reconciliation, or Cash Management.

• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Ability to manage multiple bank accounts and meet strict deadlines.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities across multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Proficiency in SAP and accounting software.

## Requirements
