## Description

Job Summary:

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) as the strategic hub overseeing all active projects across the UAE and KSA. Drive consistent project delivery by ensuring robust governance, effective portfolio oversight, and the successful execution of projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Provide executive reporting and strategic insights to the Managing Director.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

• PMP certification is mandatory.

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project management and PMO leadership within the construction or contracting industry.

• At least 7 years leading a PMO function within the GCC, preferably across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar.

• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-project portfolios with a combined value exceeding AED 300 million.

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Power BI.

• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, Earned Value Management (EVM), contract administration, and claims management.

• Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience delivering high-end hospitality and luxury fit-out projects, including five-star hotels, resorts, and palaces.

• Exposure to major Saudi giga-projects such as NEOM, Red Sea Global, Diriyah, ROSHN, or Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the PMO governance framework, including project standards, methodologies, workflows, templates, and reporting structures.

• Lead portfolio-wide planning, scheduling, cost management, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring across all active projects.

• Prepare and present executive dashboards, portfolio analytics, and monthly performance reports to the Managing Director and Board.

• Ensure effective governance, compliance, change management, and claims oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams to align project execution with business objectives.

• Drive the implementation and optimization of PMO digital tools and reporting platforms, including Power BI dashboards.

• Mentor, coach, and support Project Managers and Project Directors, fostering consistent project management excellence across operations in the UAE and KSA.
