## Description

Business Development – Engineering Services (Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering and infrastructure sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, developers, consultants, and strategic partners.

• Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand the company's market presence.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.

• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.

• Monitor upcoming tenders, framework agreements, and business opportunities across the and GCC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of business development experience in engineering consultancy or infrastructure services.

• Strong network within the engineering and infrastructure market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
