## Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Graphic Design Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, editing high-quality videos, and producing visually compelling content for digital marketing, social media, corporate branding, advertising campaigns, and internal communications. The candidate should have strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital and social media platforms.

• Edit promotional videos, corporate videos, construction update videos, event highlights, and marketing campaigns.

• Develop engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

• Produce animated titles, logo animations, explainer videos, and promotional videos.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to develop creative concepts.

• Ensure all creative outputs comply with the company's branding guidelines.

• Perform colour correction, audio editing, sound mixing, and basic visual effects.

• Create video thumbnails, GIFs, and short-form motion content for social media.

• Organise and maintain project files, assets, and backup files.

• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, AI tools, and video editing technologies.

KEY SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Runway AI, Higgsfield AI, Claude AI, Adobe Firefly, and similar platforms is preferred.

• Visual Effects (VFX): Special effects, transitions, and compositing

• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is an added advantage.

• Hands-on experience in video production, filming, and camera handling.

• Video Editing: Professional video editing and color grading.

• Project Management: Timely delivery of projects, handling multiple tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Work experience required 1-2 years (UAE)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Animation; Multimedia; Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in the Real Estate / Advertising industry is preferred.

• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects is mandatory.
