## Description

Nordicscape Pool Concepts L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Swimming Pool Foreman to supervise and coordinate swimming pool construction projects in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in pool construction, plumbing, piping, drainage and pump-room systems. You will be responsible for managing site workers, maintaining quality standards and ensuring work is completed according to drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise swimming pool construction from civil works through completion.

• Coordinate pool plumbing, piping and drainage works.

• Oversee pump-room installation and equipment.

• Check pumps, filters, valves and circulation systems.

• Supervise waterproofing and water testing.

• Monitor pool tiling, coping and finishing works.

• Read and understand swimming pool drawings.

• Supervise plumbers, masons, tilers and other site workers.

• Maintain quality control and coordinate daily site activities.

• Ensure work is completed safely and according to project specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proven UAE swimming pool construction experience.

• Strong practical knowledge of pool plumbing and pump-room systems.

• Ability to independently supervise pool works.

• Good leadership and team coordination skills.

• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

• Landscaping or outdoor works experience is an advantage.
