## Description

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple supermarket locations and drive operational excellence. This is a leadership role for a professional with a proven track record in managing multi-store supermarket operations and delivering sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and performance of multiple supermarket branches.

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all assigned stores.

• Monitor daily sales, KPIs, inventory, shrinkage, and operational performance.

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and food safety regulations.

• Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.

• Prepare regular management reports and performance analyses.

• Represent the operations team during the company's due diligence process with prospective investors and support the transition of the new management structure by providing accurate operational information and maintaining high governance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Area Manager or in a similar multi-store management role within a leading supermarket or hypermarket chain.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and people management skills.

• Proven ability to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

• Excellent knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.

• Experience managing multiple supermarket locations simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
