## Description

This full-time, on-site Business Development Manager / Sales Manager role is based in Dubai and focuses on driving revenue growth for McGettigan’s venues. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and leisure clients, and developing packages for events, groups, and promotions. The manager will actively prospect and conduct sales visits, prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and follow up to ensure conversion and long-term client retention. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with operations and marketing teams on sales campaigns, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and preparing regular sales forecasts and performance reports. The role also requires representing McGettigan’s at networking events, trade shows, and in-venue activities to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in Sales Planning, Business Development, Account Management, Client Relationship,

Events & Sponsorship, Marketing & Brand Support within Hospitality & Events.

• With valid UAE Driving License and be willing to travel between venues, client meeting and networking events.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Experience working with international brands is an advantage.
