## Description

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Outsourcing & Recruitment Division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manpower outsourcing, recruitment services, and business development within the UAE, with a strong network across ADNOC, EPC contractors, and major industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for manpower outsourcing and recruitment services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with ADNOC Group companies, EPC contractors, oil & gas companies, and other major clients.

• Identify, qualify, and secure outsourcing contracts and recruitment projects.

• Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.

• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of proven business development experience in the manpower outsourcing and recruitment industry within the UAE.

• Strong network and existing client relationships with ADNOC, EPC contractors, oil & gas companies, and industrial sectors.

• Demonstrated success in winning outsourcing and recruitment contracts.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Strong understanding of UAE labor market practices and outsourcing business models.

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

• Candidate should preferably be based in Abu Dhabi.
