Role Description The Portfolio Manager will oversee and optimize a real estate investment portfolio, ensuring strong financial performance and risk management. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves monitoring asset performance, conducting market and financial analysis, and making data-driven recommendations on acquisitions, disposals, and rebalancing. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating investment opportunities, tracking rental yields and capital appreciation, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance portfolio value. The Portfolio Manager will also support strategic planning, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, property performance, and risk-return profiles.

• Solid foundation in Finance, including understanding of cash flows, valuation, and financial modeling.

• Proven experience in Portfolio Management within real estate or related investment fields.

• Knowledge of Investments and Trading principles, especially as they relate to property and asset allocation.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to explain complex financial concepts clearly.

• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, financial analysis platforms, real estate management systems).

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, real estate investment credentials) are an advantage.

• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and applicable regulations is highly beneficial.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and make independent, well-supported decisions.
