We’re Hiring: Beauty Clinic Russian Speaker Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Executive

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Clinic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling phone calls

• Book appointments and manage schedules efficiently

• Prepare and process patient invoices, ensuring accurate charges

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting.

• Fluency in English and Russian with excellent communication skills.

• Good presentation and telephone manners.
