Job Description – Sales Manager
Job Summary
Arosa Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand the company's customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, achieving sales targets, and mentoring the sales team to ensure exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.

• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
