## Description

At Genius Hr Tech we are hiring for a role of Sales and Distribution Manager for one of our Client into Retail Conglomerate

• Lead regional sales and growth strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion across MENA.

• Drive business planning through market analysis, competitive insights, and growth opportunity identification.

• Manage brand portfolio, distribution strategy, and market positioning to maximize commercial success.

• Build and lead high-performing sales teams while developing key relationships with brand principals and major accounts.

• Drive new business, strategic partnerships, and retail expansion opportunities.

• Oversee inventory planning, visual merchandising, promotional campaigns, and premium retail visibility.

• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts and business reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve commercial goals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards across all markets.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 5–10 years of GCC commercial/sales leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior role.

• Experience in eyewear, luxury, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods preferred.

• Proven success in revenue growth, market expansion, and key account management.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, financial planning, and stakeholder management skills.

• Arabic proficiency preferred, valid UAE driving license, and willingness to travel across MENA
