Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor – MEP to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MEP estimation, billing, cost control, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for MEP works.

* Review MEP drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

* Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor payment applications.

* Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.

* Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders.

* Conduct site measurements and verify completed MEP works.

* Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Support procurement and tender evaluation for MEP packages.

* Prepare commercial reports, forecasts, and final account documentation.

* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.

* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying.

* Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cost estimation, billing, and commercial management.

* Experience with variations, claims, and contract administration.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.

* Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage.

* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
