As we continue our regional expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Lead to drive strategic growth across the MEA region.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while building long-term strategic partnerships throughout the region.

Your responsibilities include:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Diagnostics and Research Sectors.

* Develop and execute regional sales strategies for sustainable business growth.

* Build relationships with government entities, hospitals, universities, pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech companies, research institutes and EPC consultants.

* Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting through project handover.

* Prepare technical-commercial proposals alongside internal engineering teams.

* Coordinate tender submissions, RFQs, RFPs and contract negotiations.

* Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences and networking events.

* Develop strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors and technology providers.

* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

* Travel extensively across the Middle East and Africa.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Engineering or a related discipline.

* 3-5 years of business development or technical sales experience in the MEA region.

* Experience in Life Sciences, Scientific Equipment, Laboratory Infrastructure, Biotechnology or Healthcare projects.

* Strong commercial understanding of scientific infrastructure projects.

* Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

* Self driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.

* Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

## Requirements
