Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in identifying and securing properties that meet their needs, while facilitating sales and purchase transactions. Responsibilities include advising clients on market trends, providing property consultations, managing property listings, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with Dubai’s top real estate developers to offer clients exclusive property opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of local property laws and regulations

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Proven experience in Real Estate transactions and related processes

• Sales expertise, including negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively

• Proficiency in understanding and handling Real Property market trends and valuations

• Communication skills in multiple languages are an advantage

• Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and meeting sales targets

• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and top developers is highly desirable

• Fully commission based role
