## Description

Role Summary

The Junior Operations & Logistics Coordinator will support daily operations across purchasing, inventory, warehouse coordination, inbound logistics, sales administration, and e-commerce order management. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage operational transactions while ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing transactions, including vendor creation, Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), vendor bills, and debit notes in Zoho ERP.

• Process customer orders, Sales Orders (SOs), invoices, packing lists, and credit notes.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with warehouses to resolve stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory adjustments.

• Coordinate inbound air and sea shipments, customs clearance, freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouse deliveries.

• Manage orders across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Vendor & Carrier Central, Noon, and Talabat, ensuring timely processing, dispatch, returns, and order tracking.

• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation within the ERP system.

• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Support the Operations Manager with administrative and operational activities while proactively identifying and escalating issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or inventory coordination.

• Experience with ERP systems (Zoho preferred; SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage).

• Understanding of inventory management, purchasing, warehouse operations, and import/export logistics.

• Exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, or Talabat is preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
