## Description

Focus : Booking & servicing functional analysis, Amadeus PSS configuration

Domain : Amadeus PSS Holidays Business Analysis

Role Overview-

• The Senior Business Analyst will support the Holidays programme across its different phases by driving detailed functional analysis of booking and servicing flows.

• The role operates at the crossroads of business requirements, Digital capabilities, and PSS configuration, ensuring a clear and consistent understanding of requirements and solutions across all stakeholders.

• The candidate is expected to develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Amadeus PSS and Digital capabilities, acting as a key reference point within the team and reducing dependency on external stakeholders for functional and technical clarifications.

Key Responsibilities-

• Analyse and refine business requirements related to hotel booking and servicing.

• Deep dive into Amadeus PSS (PNR creation, update, servicing) and associated processes.

• Support definition of end-to-end flows (booking, MYB, consumption, unhappy flows).

• Work closely with Digital and Architecture teams to:

-Clarify requirements

-Validate solution design

-Identify impacts and dependencies

• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements (Jira stories).

• Act as a functional and technical reference point for business and IT teams.

• Contribute to the definition and validation of solutioning activities.

• Progressively build expertise to become an SME on Amadeus PSS and Etihad Digital ecosystems.

• Support identification and resolution of functional gaps, risks, and inconsistencies.

Required Profile-

• Strong experience with Amadeus PSS, including:

-PNR structure and lifecycle

-Ancillary services (SSR)

-Booking and servicing flows

• Experience in the airline or travel industry (mandatory).

• Ideally, experience with an airline Holiday platform.

• Good understanding of Digital platforms and integrations.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT delivery environments.

• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders (Business, Digital, Architecture, Partners).

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

## Requirements
