Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of all recreation facilities (pool, beach, gym, kids club, sports areas), ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.

• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the recreation team while planning and coordinating activities, events, and guest engagement programs.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lifeguard standards, emergency protocols, hotel policies, and local regulations.

• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints, manage equipment inventory, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recreation management, sports, or leisure operations within luxury hotels or resorts.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.

• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Physically fit and able to oversee multiple facilities and activities simultaneously
