## Description

Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion. The role is responsible for developing innovative architectural solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and regulatory compliance while meeting client and organizational objectives. Responsibilities include leading design development, preparing architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements. The Senior Architect will oversee design reviews, conduct site evaluations, resolve technical challenges, and provide guidance throughout the construction process to ensure design integrity and successful project delivery. The position also involves managing stakeholder communications, reviewing consultant and contractor submissions, supporting contract administration, evaluating project risks, and driving continuous improvements in design processes and architectural standards. The successful candidate will promote design excellence, mentor architectural team members, and contribute to the development of innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective architectural solutions.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of architectural design, building systems, construction methods, and project coordination.

• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility requirements, sustainability principles, and construction documentation standards.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, or similar applications.

• Ability to prepare, review, and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining high professional standards.
