Role Description The Business Development Manager role at Creator Studeoz is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency’s content production services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach, preparing and delivering client pitches, coordinating with the creative and production teams to develop proposals, and negotiating contracts and pricing. The Business Development Manager will monitor market trends, maintain a pipeline of leads, provide regular sales reports, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to align business strategies with the agency’s creative capabilities and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.

• Experience in media, advertising, or content creation industries, with an understanding of print campaigns, TVCs, music videos, corporate films, and digital content.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.

• Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and manage a structured sales pipeline.

• High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on-site and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.

• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software; familiarity with sales reporting and forecasting.

• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai’s business environment are a plus.
