## Description

We are currently recruiting an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a high-end Mediterranean dining concept specializing in authentic Italian and French cuisine.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented culinary professional seeking a long-term career abroad in a well-supported and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full kitchen operations and daily service

• Create and execute refined Mediterranean menus (Italian & French focus)

• Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team

• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and efficiency

• Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier coordination

• Maintain highest hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Head Chef / Executive Chef

• Strong background in Italian and/or French cuisine

• Leadership skills with ability to manage international teams

• High standards of culinary execution and organization

• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
