## Description

ELV Site / Project Engineer

Managed end-to-end execution of ELV projects, ensuring successful delivery from installation through testing, commissioning, and final handover while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements

• Led the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of a wide range of ELV systems across commercial and industrial projects.

• Coordinated with clients, consultants, project managers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and successful delivery.

• Reviewed IFC, design, and shop drawings to ensure accurate installation and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Supervised site activities, monitored project progress, and ensured all works adhered to contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

• Prepared and managed project documentation, including Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), inspection reports, service reports, checklists, and handover documentation.

• Maintained preventive maintenance schedules, service records, asset registers, and quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conducted testing and commissioning activities, resolved technical issues, managed snag rectification, and facilitated smooth project handovers.

• Participated in client and consultant meetings, presented progress updates, resolved technical challenges, and ensured achievement of project milestones.

• Ensured compliance with international standards, project quality requirements, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
