## Description

Role Description : This is a Full-time Fully Commission based role (no fix salary) The Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and rental processes. Daily tasks include prospecting for new leads, maintaining an updated portfolio of listings, preparing property presentations, and negotiating offers and contracts. The role involves providing market insights, advising clients on investment opportunities, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to local real estate regulations and company standards.
Qualifications

• Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market and local regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.

• Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and basic office software.

• Previous experience in residential property sales or investment advisory is an advantage.
